Account data (name, email), organization data, and the contractor records and documents you upload. We collect the minimum needed to provide the service.
To operate ContractorTrackr: storing your records, sending expiry alerts, generating reports, and providing AI features you invoke. We do not sell your data.
We use Supabase (database, auth, storage), Vercel (hosting), and AI/email providers strictly to deliver features you use. Each processes data only on our instructions.
Encryption in transit and at rest, row-level security, scoped access roles, and an audit trail. See our Security page for details.
Your data is retained while your account is active. On deletion request we remove your organization's data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
